Product Availability
Whilst current stock levels should be accurate on the website, should one or more
products not be available you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
Please contact us immediately by email if the incorrect product has been delivered.
Please include your Order ID in the email, so that we can access your order
details. The product will be exchanged for the correct goods as long as they
are available.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Items are photographed
as accurately as possible but please note that sizes, colours and designs may
vary. Please read item description and warnings carefully all measurements and
information is supplied to the best of our ability.
Vincona is not responsible for products which are lost, stolen mutilated or
destroyed after receipt. Refunds cannot be authorized in such cases.
All prices of products are subject to change, without prior notice. Products
listed in monthly specials category are generally discounted due to limited
stock and or qty of stock.
Delivery Policy
DELIVERY IS FOR WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY AT THIS STAGE.
At Vincona we try to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service
(FOR POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY).
Please note that larger or heavier products will have freight/postage costs
attached. It will be clearly state that Freight / Delivery costs are not included
with these items. You will need to request a delivery price (include postcode)
for these items. As you can imagine sending items of this size/weight freight
free is sadly too costly for us to include it in the price.
Delivery items will be packed and delivered usually by Australia Post(FOR DELIVERY
WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY). All delivery items are subject to Australia Posts rules
and regulations. Whilst all effort is made for a prompt delivery approx 3-5
working days, Vincona cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not refund items unless the item is faulty or
not as described on the website (please check measurements and warnings before
purchase). You must contact Vincona within 3 days of delivery date and signature
or Vincona will not accept liability.
Freight charges, which were inclusive when purchased, will be deducted from
all refunds.
Goods may be cancelled prior to dispatch, generally 24 hours after the order
has been placed. A fee of 10% will be applicable for any cancelled order and
a cheque will be mailed to you for the difference. Once the order has been dispatched
and sent for delivery, cancellations do not apply.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact Vincona immediately. In
the case of broken glass, dented or damaged boxes where possible do not sign
to accept delivery of the consignment. If an order is signed for and no contact
is made with Vincona within 3 days of the time and date of signature,Vincona
will not accept liability for the damage to the order. Vincona does not accept
any liability in any rare instances of damage to goods in transit. However insurance
covering replacement of the item (not including delivery cost , you will be
responsible for the costs of delivery) is available in some circumstances. (Contact
us for details).
Once an order has been deemed to be an acceptable refund, You will be emailed
a return order No.(please do not post items till you have this return order
no. or long delays will occur with your refund). Please then pack the item carefully
in the original packaging and send the item back to us. (We advise customer
to insure item for full replacement cost and obtain proof of postage when returning
goods as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit).
Once the goods have been returned and checked you will receive an email and
a cheque will be posted out or the goods will be replaced depending on what
the refund states.
Liability
In no circumstances shall Vincona be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence
or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever and whatever the cause.
- For any increased costs or expenses
- For any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings;
or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature arising
directly through products bought through/ from the website or out of the display
of an announcement on the website, or of any error or defect therein, or of
the performance, non-performance or delayed performance by Vincona of this contract.
- Vincona shall not be under any liability in respect of any failure to carry
out, or delay in carrying out, any of its obligations hereunder attributable
to any cause of whatever nature outside its reasonable control.
- Vincona cannot be liable for any statement or conduct of any third party.
- In the event of any dispute between yourself and any other user or users
of this website, you hereby release Vincona , Its officers, employees, agents,
successors in rights and content providers from claims, demands and damages
(actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known and unknown, foreseen
and unforeseen, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related
to such dispute or disputes and/or Vincona services.
- You undertake to indemnify Vincona and its directors, officers, employees
and agents against all liability, claims, coast and expenses which it or they
may incur by reason of your use of the website.
- Vincona and its directors, officers, employees etc accept no liability for
claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature,
known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, disclosed and undisclosed, arising
out of or in any way related to faulty products found on this website, which
now or at a later date are found to be in anyway illegal, faulty, or regulatory
inappropriate in such a way which may or implied to be or deemed to be harmful
to any person/ animal/or asset which was supplied to or bought by or from
Vincona by wholesaler, manufactures, imported or otherwise made.
